Lizzi, is a Holistic Massage Therapist, ITEC Level 3 qualified Clinical Aromatherapist & Traditional Hawaiian Massage Lomi Lomi Practitioner.
With a passion for holistic remedies, healing touch and traditional herbal medicine Lizzi signed up for an ITEC level 3 Aromatherapy diploma in 2018. Qualifying with a merit, she went on to train in Deep Tissue Massage and Aromatherapy Facials.
After moving abroad in 2019 she traveled to Graz in Austria to take courses in Traditional Hawaiian massage, Lomi Lomi Nui. A wonderful healing bodywork that brought together all of her trainings into a full holistic package.
Since moving to the Algarve she has worked and collaborated with Sal Spa Luz, Heather Bain Massage and Inlight Yoga Centre.
