Essential oils offer a wonderful opportunity to support our bodies back to their natural state of health and wellness, animals have been observed to instinctively know which plant or herb to eat for a particular malady, they are literally attracted to it, this powerful way of relating is also available to us, from herbs and wild plants that catch our attention to oils that our noses are attracted to. They remind us of the abundance of medicine around us, it’s very liberating, we realise that plants that we find around us everyday are a gift of powerful wellbeing.
